About Us

The CGS Family Counseling and Wellness Center is Catholic Guardian’s community outpatient mental health clinic. Our center provides comprehensive psychiatric care, counseling, and medication services to recipients through in-person and telehealth support. Our main office is in the Parkchester area of the Bronx, with additional locations in Mount Hope/Tremont and Central Harlem. We serve children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers facing mental or behavioral health challenges.

We work closely with children and their families to address depression, anxiety, behavioral issues at home or school, sadness, and other concerns, recognizing the importance of supporting family dynamics in the healing process. Our clinic meets the underserved mental health care needs of children, adolescents, young adults, and families throughout the Bronx and Harlem. We bring compassion, understanding, and experience, partnering with families touched by the child welfare system.

Our caring bilingual therapists work with clients and caregivers, listening closely and creating solutions together to support healthy families and positive relationships. We know that crises affect the entire family, and we are here to support children, adolescents, and caregivers as they work through challenges together.
